TAHB - Texas Alpha House Board

  • The Texas Alpha Housing Board (TAHB) is a 501(c)2 charity which is responsible for the physical assets of the chapter house and living facilities.  TAHB is funded primarily from the rent collected by ALMG.
    • Section 501(c)(2) exempts from federal income tax corporations and such associations organized for the exclusive purpose of holding title to property, collecting income therefrom, and turning over the entire amount thereof, less expenses, to an organization which itself is exempt under 501(a).
